All perfumes on our website are original, but there are two types:

- The first type 90%: Old versions 2020 - 2021 are filtered through our website.

- The second type 10%: Issues rejected by the brand factory, i.e. with a minor defect, such as in the box, cover or packaging. (This type is a new issue.

You can make sure that the product is original after receiving the order. There is a product barcode that you can check directly from the brand’s website or through the famous website checkfresh.com.

Orders are shipped to your door in less than 48 hours.

For large orders, they will be shipped in two or three separate orders, depending on the products available in each of our warehouses.

After receiving your first order from us, we will add you to a private Telegram and WhatsApp group where we will share with you the latest offers as soon as we receive any new quantity.

Exchange and return are the right of every customer who has purchased from us, but according to the following conditions:
1 - If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, we have the right to replace the product, provided that the product or the outer plastic wrapper has not been opened, and the delivery costs are on us because the mistake is ours.
2 - If you received the product and changed your mind and want to exchange it for another product, there is no problem. We can exchange it, provided that it is not opened, and the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
3- If you received the product and changed your mind before 3 days, and want to return it and get your money back. You have the right, but on the condition that the product is not opened and the delivery and receipt costs are borne by the customer.
